1. Ordering at djistoresverige.se

When placing an order on djistoresverige.se, you must use a valid payment card accepted by us.

Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation contains links to information about your right of withdrawal and the statutory right to complain.

When the item is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation and your purchase becomes binding.

DJI Store Sverige AB reserves the right for:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Delivery delays

  • Typographical and pricing errors

  • Changes in VAT or other tax rules until order confirmation has been issued

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT (moms).

We accept payment via:
VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Apple Pay.

Your card will only be charged once the item(s) have been dispatched.
Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out items.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within Sweden and the Nordics within 1–3 business days.

Shipping is free of charge.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • An invoice

  • A shipping confirmation

  • A Track & Trace number

  • SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection

If your selected delivery point is full, the package may be redirected to the nearest available collection point.

DJI Store Sverige AB is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or other factors outside our control.

Some products may have special delivery conditions, which will be stated clearly on the product page.

Warranty (Garanti)

In addition to the statutory complaint right (reklamationsrätt), DJI Store Sverige AB provides a 1-year voluntary store warranty on all new products.

This warranty covers functional defects arising during normal use but not damages caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

Manufacturer warranties provided by DJI may also apply, depending on the product.

Statutory Right to Complain (Reklamationsrätt)

Under Konsumentköplagen, you have a 3-year statutory right to complain about original manufacturing or material defects.

  • During the first 6 months, the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can prove otherwise.

  • From month 7–36, the burden of proof shifts and the consumer must show that the defect is original.

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

The complaint does not apply to wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

You must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

The 14 days are counted from the day you:

  • Receive the item, or

  • Receive the final item in multi-part deliveries

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Testing of the Product

You may open and test the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and function — as you would in a physical store.
If the product is used beyond this, a value deduction may apply.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used.

How to Make a Return

If your return is approved, you must send the item to:

Requirements:

  • Pack the product securely

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

  • Do not send to a delivery point (packages sent to pick-up points are not collected)

  • Do not send cash-on-delivery shipments

You must send the item back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Activated DJI Care insurance cards

  • Digital services already activated

  • Gift cards

  • Products where an account ID has been created (unless defective)

Non-activated DJI Care cards may be returned.

Sale items follow the same 14-day withdrawal rules unless otherwise stated.

Condition of Returned Items

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function, a value deduction will apply.

To receive a full refund, the product must only have been tested—not used.

Refunds

Refunds (including standard delivery costs) will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds are always made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Personal Data

To complete a purchase, we require your:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

  • Order details

Your data is stored for 5 years to comply with the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).
Data is stored in Sweden and is not shared with third parties.

You have the right to:

  • Access your stored data

  • Correct incorrect data

  • Request data transfer

  • Withdraw consent

Pick-Up in Store

Products can be reserved online and picked up in-store at Drottninggatan 57, Stockholm.
