Conditions for first-time purchase:
1. The product is brand new and unactivated, or has been activated within 48 hours.
2. Conditions for service renewal: If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh for your device, you can extend the service with DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) within 15 days after the current service expires.
Replacement for Peace of Mind
For an additional charge for replacement, you can have your damaged product replaced if an accident occurs. Replacement products are brand-new or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

DJI Care Express provides effective and efficient option for replacement to let you receive the replacement product faster.
Free Shipping
DJI will cover shipping costs both ways any time a product is sent back for replacement service.
